Installation day

Satfocus engineer will ring you the day before, or the morning of installation to confirm their arrival time.

Upon arrival, the engineer will advise you on the best place for your dish to go.

On average, standard installation lasts no longer than an hour.

When your dish and box are set up, you’ll be given a demo on how to use Sky TV, including how to get TV on demand and rewind live TV.

Once installation is complete, you can start enjoying Sky TV.
