Called SatForce for the first time as my old European satellite dish had stopped working properly. Thiru, the engineer, arrived promptly on agreed day and on checking the fault, explained the disadvantage/advantage between repairing my old dish or having a new one fitted. I decided to go for the latter. A very friendly, honest, polite, efficient and experienced guy - worked cheerfully through the most awful torrential rain. When I mentioned on completion of installation that I was still disappointed with the picture quality, I was assured that this was due to my receiver not being HD and that an HD model would improve this greatly. Thiru then offered to bring a receiver in to demonstrate this - at no extra charge. I was so impressed with the improvement of picture quality that I decided on the new receiver as well. At no time did Thiru use any sales-talk or pressure, which is very uplifting these days. He also spent a considerable amount of extra time patiently setting up my favourite channels, explaining everything in detail. Without doubt the best installation service I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.read more

Thiru mounted our TV this morning. At the outset he was very friendly and courteous. He made a thorough assessment of the old TV which had to be removed and the new TV. We bought a bigger TV from Curry’s and paid for the package which included the installation. Sadly, Curry’s could not fit the TV as the bracket provided was not correct as it was a tilting bracket and also the hole for the wire could not fit the plug. He was not prepared to make a bigger hole. We had explained all this to Thiru and he investigated the new TV and he found that the mains power can be removed at the back of the TV and so no drilling needed. He also used the old bracket that was there. Very happy with Thiru’s services and his abilities to think outside the box. One happy customer and saved £££££. Will return the extortionately priced bracket to Curry’s -£185 saving!!! Will definitely recommend.read more

It was a relief when Thiru - the owner of SatFocus was available at short notice to install our home CCTV camera network. The CCTV is amazing. All wiring and video recording is hidden safe and secure. The image and recording is crisp, clear and in colour. We were given clear instructions on how it works, and our calls were answered when we needed support. This is the second time we’ve used SatFocus for specialist services. The first time was to move a satellite dish, make good our Sky Q box connection socket and relocate broadband - all of which were completed tidily to perfection. Next year we’ll use SatFocus again to set up door entry, video intercom once our entrance renovation is complete.
